How long are the data stored?

We collect, process and use the customer’s order data in accordance with Section 28 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

How do we protect your personal data?

When you register, log into "My Account" or place an order, your personal data are sent to us. To ensure that this data does not fall into the wrong hands, we encrypt it using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer encryption). This is currently the most common and safest method for data transmission in the internet.

You explicitly gave your permission to the following payment method when you selected the direct debit payment option: “I herewith give my permission for the shop operator to debit the invoiced amount to this account”

You explicitly gave your permission to receiving the newsletter. “I would like to subscribe to the newsletter. I can unsubscribe at any time.” We would like to point out that you can revoke your consent for the future at any time.
